After checking in with their airline, passenger flying to the United States proceed through to the bag drop where an ABCoast agent is ready and waiting to capture the weight and image of their bags. This is a requirement for checked baggage flying to the States through a USCBP Pre-clearance facility. Agents in this position also troubleshoot missing bags, passenger delays and answer any passenger questions.
