As an integral part of the Baggage System Operations Team, our Integrated Operations Centre (IOC) controllers oversee the entire network of conveyors, sorters, scanners and baggage sortation piers. Acting as a central point of contact for stakeholders and internal baggage agents, IOC controllers dispatch jams and system faults while issuing frequent updates to all involved parties.
